Here's an explanation for each of the stats.

Power: How well the character can deal damage with physical attacks and weapons.

Stamina: How much damage the character can take before losing all will to fight.

Defense: How well the character can guard against physical attacks.

Accuracy: How well the character can hit the opponent. A low stat here means that an opponent can easily see when the character attacks with melee weapons, and the character has trouble aiming with a ranged weapon.

Agility: How well the character can evade attacks.

Speed: How fast the character can move. In turn-based battles, the higher this is, the earlier the character can take his or her turn.

Tech. Skill: How well the character can handle technology, whether it's operating, maintaining, repairing, or upgrading.

Focus: How powerful a character's special techniques are, and how well he can guard against others' special techniques.
